Wearable Tech Years 9 & 10

On 20th April, Year 9 and 10 students had the amazing opportunity to work with BJSS and complete a computer programming session looking at wearable technology.

Students worked incredibly hard programming their own light and sound sequences into hats. The session also allowed students to question experts in the industry and see future career opportunities first hand.

Jane Osademe, Simdi Uche and Rafael Tomas from Year 9 were particularly impressive! A special mention must go to Mateusz Grabowski in Year 10 who attempted to programme Dr Dre and succeeded.

Thank you to BJSS for a fantastic session and the IT department for all their support in setting up the day. The students were awesome and showed they clearly have a talent for programming.
